Describe the bug
Friends side panel disappears and cannot be extended with the resize cursor if the middle part of the UI is extended too far horizontally.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Extend the middle with cursor as far as possible.
Friends side panel is now stuck.

Expected behavior
Friends side panel should still be extendable by using the cursor.
