About the display problem of the current default font in Chinese environment #449

After checking, the current default font used by VRCX is Noto Sans, but two problems were found in the recent official version updates

The text displayed by this font looks like a flower screen when the screen zoom is lower than 100% (this screen zoom ratio is 100%)

Some text in this font appears in the form of squares, mainly in artistic text, but it displays normally when accessing VRChat in Chrome and the font used by Chrome is changed to Microsoft Yahei (Microsoft Yahei is specially used by Microsoft for Chinese users of Windows, but this font is not open source and cannot be used commercially)

Currently, the following recommended fonts can replace Noto Sans SC and are free commercial fonts.
Or add a custom font option in Settings - Appearance to let users choose the font installed in the system
