Describe the bug
In the Notifications tab of the settings menu, there exists a duplicate toggle titled OVR Toolkit Wrist Notifications

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the settings tab on the bottom left
Click on Notifications
Scroll down to SteamVR Notifications
Notice the existence of two OVR Toolkit Wrist Notifications toggles
Question

Expected behavior
For there to not be two toggles
