Description of bug
Multiple statistics, such as

Playtime (Own profile)
Last seen (Friend profile)
Join count (Friend profile)
Time together (Friend profile)
Do not track when playing on Quest/Android.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run VRCX
Open VRC on Quest/Android
Join friend or just play
Statistics never update

Expected behavior
Statistics track and are saved.

Current version
Running the latest nightly build.
