Adding localization support and Japanese translation to the Tools page and Group Calendar.
Fixed conflicts with vrcx-team/VRCX latest commit.
(The pull request #1368 that conflicts with latest commit was closed and this pull request was created again.)

Additionally, some translations have been changed to make them more natural or consistent with VRChat's Japanese translations.
