If shortcuts are present in a desktop or vr folder, launch the shortcuts in those folders if the launch mode matches.
If shortcuts are present in the top level startup folder, launch them as normal (current behavior, as far as i checked)

Currently the auto launch apps feature does not care whether launched in desktop or vr mode.
This is annoying when you frequently swap between desktop and VR, having setup auto-launch with several apps intended only for VR use.
Example: VRCFacetracking, osc routers for outdated apps that dont use oscquery for some reason (do these still exist? is that even a problem anymore-)
Personally I'm lazy I dont want to close an app or two when i launch in desktop- w/e
