Describe the bug
Downgrade to previous versions not possible - VRCX will refuse to launch - happens both by using the "change build" option in settings and by manually installing. Switching between 09.10 and 08.17 works as intended.
Deleting the VRCX folder in /appdata/ will allow installation of past versions - Upgrading to 8.17 or 9.10 will immediately bring the bug back, even on a completely fresh install.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Change build to a version earlier than 08.17
Install
VRCX won't launch

Expected behavior
Working VRCX version switching. Alternatively, removal of previous versions in UI and clear github information about 08.17 being a permanent upgrade.
