Describe the bug
When you click through a user's previous instances, if you have permission in the group it will add a log to the audit log of that instance being recreated.

I am unsure of this affects closed instances or only non-closed
This may also affect the game log's location event, again, unsure.

To Reproduce
Have instance creation permissions in a group. Go to instance history with a user who frequents the same group. It will emit a bunch of group.instance.create events in quick succession

Expected behavior
It fetches instance information without actioning a reopen
