Friends who have multiple clients open will spam the log with instance switches every minute or so. It would be good to be able to have the ability to merge instance presence based on instance ID and private status.

I would potentially be willing to work on this myself, but this may already be something you guys have in the background.

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.
An option in settings, which if enabled, would result in showing multiple instance entries under a player maybe? Or maybe multiple player entries in the userlist. Or prioritize the non-private one to show.

The main issue though is log spam, not the sidebar.

As mentioned above. I'd be happy to investigate implementing this if it is not already done.
