Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.
A big part of instance moderation and optimisation, especially for large events, is identifying people who are running avatars that are Very Poor or Poor. Would it be possible to update the icons of the Player List to include the Performance Rank of the Avatar that the person is currently in to make this easier for players and event runners alike?
