Describe the bug
After sending someone VRChat Plus, I received notifications which don't seem to have a localized name in VRCX

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Unsure?

Expected behavior
view.notification.filters.localNotifs should have a clear user friendly name like every other notification type
