Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.
Disabling the use avatar button from within the user's avatar details panel, stopping potentially malicious users from using commissioned avatars that are set as public but are excluded from avatar databases. Basically similar to what the disable avatar cloning toggle does within vrchat, but for VRCX.
Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.
If two users are using VRCX, check to see if cloning is enabled, if not, set the option to use public avatar to off within the user's avatar details panel.
Explain why people would want to use it.
This will allow for public private avatars, like commissioned avatars to not be cloned until a better system is implemented by vrchat to share private avatars between users.
