Describe the bug
When using the application’s startup feature, only the shortcuts placed in the VR folder do not work correctly.
SteamVR and VRChat are launched directly from Virtual Desktop.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Place an application shortcut inside the VR folder.
Launch SteamVR or VRChat from Virtual Desktop.

Expected behavior
The application launches correctly while in VR mode.

What version you are running
Version 2026.01.04
