Adds an optional user-protective feature that automatically switches to a specified avatar when entering non-age-gated instances if wearing an avatar tagged with 'content_sex'

Opt-in and select avi in Settings -> General (in automations)
No effect on age-gated instances
No behavior change when disabled
Graceful handling if fallback avi is also tagged content_sex

Tested the auto-switch locally in public and group public instances. Verified no-switch in age-gate, invite, invite+, group, group+ instances.
