Description of the Feature

Add a panel that works like the favorite page in VRCX desktop application that allows users to manage their favorite friends/worlds/avatars in SteamVR

Why is this necessary

As a world traveler, I use VRCX mainly to store worlds locally as I favorite a lot of worlds. VRChat's world favorite limitation is too small. Currently, I have more than 2000 worlds favorited.

The flow is like this:

Favorite a world in VRChat

Swap it from the online favorite list to the local list in VRCX after the game session ended or do it immediately after step 1

or

Find myself in VRCX

Favorite the world I am currently in

These operations are only available in the VRCX desktop application, I have to use SteamVR Desktop View or OVR Toolkit to do it. It is hard to do with a simulated mouse.
