Describe the bug
In Options → Appearance → Side Panel → Sort Order, selecting “Private to Bottom” does not work.

To Reproduce

Open Options
Go to Appearance → Side Panel → Sort Order
Select “Private to Bottom”
Check the Friends list ordering

Expected behavior
Friends who are in Private instances should be sorted to the bottom of the list.

What version you are running
VRCX 2026.01.28
