Why be you when you can be new?

Everything seems to work fine, ktlint had a few complaints, but they were easy enough to fix and good for clarity. New Shadow version is fully Kotlin and supposedly faster now, new Kotlin version marks some experimental APIs we use as stable now.

This was done primarily for the experimental APIs to be marked as stable.
