GUI: 'Import proportions' success results shows no visual change in bone/tracker data even when data has been altered #38

Successfully importing proportions using the 'Import proportions' button in the the manual proportions section causes the button to glow green but the list of proportion data does not visually change. The skeleton preview correctly updates with the imported proportions. The newly loaded proportions can be seen by leaving the tab then returning to the manual proportions section.

Reproduce:

Export proportions (X)
Change proportions (Y)
Import proportions

After this the GUI will continue to display proportions (Y) but internally run using proportions (X)
