this merge request adds a 2nd .desktop file for a "safe mode".

This is a fix for linux which forces x11 and disables dmabuf rendered.
The purpose of this is fixing issues where the gui wont render properly, or even at all on linux by providing a fallback option for affected users.
The original .desktop file is still kept as using the fallback can cause issues such as the skeleton not rendering when using an nvidia gpu.
