DIY Firmware flasher Step 5 needs a line for official trackers indicating that when the tracker is put into flash mode, it will flash the LED once.

Additionally, the line in step 5 for Official trackers that starts with "Turn off the tracker, remove the case..." is not word wrapping correctly.

"Press the boot btn" could be changed to "Press the boot button"
