OS: Linux Mint
GIMP: 3.2.0 (AppImage)
PhotoGIMP: latest
Issue: Toolbox panel cannot be dragged narrower than 3-column width on Linux. The same setup works correctly on Windows 11 with single-column layout.
left-docks-width in sessionrc is ignored/overridden on startup (resets to 134)

This is the sessionrc before opening Gimp. The value is 50
