I got to delete these files and folders to Gimp launching correctly again.

Maybe this is because I use the Beta version of Gimp (3.0.0 RC2)

If I only copy the https://github.com/Diolinux/PhotoGIMP/issues/118#issue-2820296537 everything works fine.
