This PR updates the Portuguese and Polish README translations to match the current content of the main README. Changes include:

Update GIMP version from 2.10+ to 3.0+
Remove outdated features (fonts, Python filters)
Update images and screenshots
Simplify installation process
Update credits section
Add contributors section
Remove outdated information about macOS and other systems
Update links and references

Both translations now accurately reflect the current state of the project.
