Hi! I wanted to try this out, I downloaded and installed GIMP 3.2.0 in Windows 10, since this is 3.2 I renamed the PhotoGIMP folder from 3.0 to 3.2 and replaced everything located at C:\Users\(myusername)\AppData\Roaming\GIMP

Once I open GIMP, the only thing that changed is the splash screen, everything else remains the same.

Did I skip a step or should I downgrade to 3.0? I don't know what I'm missing if I have to downgrade, but it would not be preferable tbh.

Thank you!
