How to reproduce

Hover mouse over Reduce infill retraction setting to view tooltip.

Actual results

The current tooltip wording does not mention that when this setting is turned on, it effective turns Z-hop off under the same circumstances that it turns retraction off.

Expected results

Updating the tooltip description to include this additional information will help avoid commonly experienced confusion as to when Z-hop will/won't work.
