How to reproduce

Import a model
Add a cube part
Change to the scale tool
Select the cube part
Scale it using the cyan corner handle

Actual results

the cube scales and the other part moves along the axis of the scaling

Expected results

Only the cube should scale, leaving the model alone, in line with the other handles
