How to reproduce

Import an STL file and slice it using multiple colors (I haven't tested it with just one color).

Save the project as a 3mf file.

Open a new project or create a new one.

Wait a while, and the 3mf file will become corrupted for no apparent reason.

Actual results

When opening the 3mf again:

Expected results

Open the 3mf file correctly

I've had the same problem in BambuStudio, in versions 2.4 and 2.5, both in appImage and flatpack
