I have searched the existing issues

OrcaSlicer Version

2.3.1

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

Windows 11 Version 25H2 OS build 26200.7623 (No debloating done)

Additional system information

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D

RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000MHZ

GPU: RX 9700XT
Driver Version: 25.30.17.01-260108a-197640C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition

Printer

BambuLab P1S Firmware 01.07.00.00

How to reproduce

Go to Device Tab> Status Tab
Press the Play button on the bottom left of the video window

Actual results

Video from the printer's onboard camera will play for maybe half a second then stop. The it will load again after a few seconds and play for about half a second again. It will repeat until you leave the device tab or press stop. (Happens whether or not a print is in progress.)

Expected results

Video from the printer's onboard camera should play normally.

Other things I have tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling Orcaslicer
Uninstalling and reinstalling windows media player
Excluding both the Orcaslicer exe and the Orcaslicer folder from Windows defender
Running Orcaslicer through the dedicated and intergrated GPU
Tried on other computers (they have worked fine)
The video works fine in BambuStudio
