I have searched the existing issues

Currently when selecting new printers to add or remove old the dialog takes a while to load and presents user then with HUUUUUGE list of printers

That list is searchable but generally feels outdated and not so great.

Which printers will be beneficial to this feature?

Describe the solution you'd like

The printer selection should ideally be sped up, add vendor-based lazy-loading and turn printer selection from huuuge long list into separated by-vendor and maybe even by-series choice making it both faster to load and easier to browse

CrealityPrint for all it's flaws has a nice printer selection UI:

Instead of the brand being on top, maybe the top could be "currently selected" so that currently selected printers have their selection (while being present in their respective vendors section)

Additional context

Couple pointers that might be good ideas:

Top bar:

Make search bar more prominent, use better prompt for search, like: "Search by model, brand, or keyword…"
Add quick filters: “All” | “My printers” | “Bed Slinger” | “Enclosed” | “Multi-material”

Side bar:

Brands with brand logos if space constraints and icon availability allows
if series are known and/or brand has A LOT of models (like creality) introduce more sections under brand

Bottom bar:

add quick access to create custom printer option (or that can be in the side bar)

Printer Card:

Display print volume information
Give more prominent look to selected printers (eg green border)
Give more info about printer on hover (if info exists, eg MMU support, whether it's IDEX/Toolchanger/CoreXY/BedSlinger etc)
The recent drop of nozzle choice is good, but would be nice to show available nozzles (maybe in mentioned above hover info)
