Currently only avaliable from sidebar. didnt add it to Setup wizard section

CHANGES

• Used column browser for printer / filament type / vendor
• added search box to each column
• Added an extra filtering box for filtered items from column browser section
• Added functionality to select / unselect filtered items with an indicator that shows buttons in which mode
• Added new colors to global-css
