Print blocked by "The hardness of current material (PLA) exceeds the hardness of nozzle (unknown)..." #87

2.3.2

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

windows 11

Additional system information

AMS installed.
P1S f/w version 1.4.1.0

Printer

Bambu P1S running f/w 1.4.1.0

How to reproduce

System working fine with 2.3.0. Fails with 2.3.2 and no other changes.
Note P1S is running a Bambu released pre security change f/w build (1.4.1.0).

To reproduce

Device tab : Connect to printer
Home tab : Start New project,
Prepare Tab: add primitive to plate, select filament as PLA (or PET-G fails as well), slice plate
Preview Tab : Print Plate

"Send Print Job" pop-up displays: "The hardness of current material (PLA) exceeds the hardness of nozzle (unknown)..."
On the first try I do see a short message regarding "synchronizing device information" before the error message.

This issue occurs on default settings on fresh install and also with....
Printer Profile checked and set with Nozzle HRC = 0 , and system fails as shown.
Printer Profile checked and set with Nozzle HRC = 60 , and system fails as shown.

I suspect OrcaSlicer is ignoring the HRC=0 "Dont Check", and trying to retrieve nozzle hardness from the printer which has a f/w version prior to that being a printer setting.

Actual results

"Send Print Job" displays: "The hardness of current material (PLA) exceeds the hardness of nozzle (unknown)..." and wont send to the printer
SEND button is disabled / grey

Expected results

"Send Print Job" should have no error message.
SEND button is enabled
