How to reproduce

Enable 'View - show overhang' setting and verify enabled by viewing a model with overhangs
Close Orca
Open Orca again

All of the above done with one instance of Orca open to eliminate the possibility of conflicts between instances window config states.

Actual results

Setting 'View - show overhang' disabled by itself and not working.

Expected results

Setting 'View - show overhang' enabled and working.
