Description

The profiles for the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 are sort of working, just without remote printing as I alluded to in #12212 . This does not fix that, but brings in all of the profiles for the CC2 from Elegoo Slicer which got quite expanded upon from the CC1.

I also cropped in the machine image so that it's closer to the CC1 in size during printer selection.

Tests

I rebuilt the slicer until I could reliably get the Centauri Carbon 2 to show up for selection at the add/remove printer screen, and in the prepare printer list.
