Origin of the port: SuperSlicer.

What changed

Added/ported curve smoothing related config definitions and handling.
Integrated feature behavior into Orcas print/slicing pipeline.
Added settings in GUI ("Others") tab
Fixed edge case during the port for low angle smoothing
