Description

Well well following #12236 it appears some people were actually used to Ctrl+A selecting all plates.

This PR restores that functionality on its own, both in the contextual menu and in a keybind (now Ctrl + Shift + A)

There remain some discrepancies in current contextual menu actions in regards to whether they apply to all or plate only; such as "Delete All" applying to plate only, while "Refresh All" applies to all; not sure whether this also needs further clarifying; open to discussion I suppose.
