How to reproduce

Load a model with (progressive) overhangs: i.e. under the spout of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4820726
(I've tested, scaled at 30mm z height)
activate scarf seam "contour and hole"
activate conditional scarf seam

Actual results

regardless of "scarf seam overhang threshold", outer walls at the spout always use a scarf seam
(which prints the spout really ugly)

Expected results

Don't use scarf seam, on overhangs, flatter than the "scarf seam overhang threshold"
