How to reproduce

-Any kind of print(calibration and job) that i send to the printer is not possible via the (print plate) .
-Im able to send a job to the printer via the (send plate). But its require to be next to the printer to start the job.
-Live view connection fail

Actual results

-Unable to calibrate the machine
-Unable to start a job online
-Unable to access the live view

Expected results

LIve view is optional but it be great to be able to send the job online

no log according to those issue, ive try few option before contacting you.
