Description

You can see a lot of free space at the right side of the window with some localizations that make the window wider.

How to reproduce

Download/install any dev build which can display changelog notification window
Launch OrcaSlicer
See the issue

Actual results

Expected results

Width of the changelog frame should follow the window width
