Exclude bed area causes arrange objects to fail #657

How to reproduce

Exclude bed value: 0x0, 340x0, 340x315, 0x315, 0x0, 10x0, 10x310, 330x310, 330x0, 10x0

Actual results

I added a 10mm exclude strip on either side of the bed and 5mm near Y max. When adding the exclude bed values above, the auto arrange doesn't work. Instead of arranging all of the parts like normal, it moves all parts to the lower left area of the screen, just outside the origin of the bed. After I delete the exclude bed values, the auto arrange works like normal.

Expected results

Running auto arrange will move all parts to outside the bed area, just below the bed origin, all stacked in the same spot.
