How to reproduce

im not sure how to reproduce this issue. I've had this issue for a long time, but its never bothered me until now, my overhang speed and support speeds are slow, and i have a low layer height

Expected results

the overhang layer speed should be the same , the overhang layer is faster then most of the resg of the print
