I have searched the existing issues

OrcaSlicer Version

2.3.2 beta2

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

W11

Additional system information

After closing Orca slicer and reopening, all filament profiles were gone except for 1 which was listed in combo box list section as unsupported.

Happened only once.

Printer

Voron 2.4 R2

How to reproduce

Close Orca Slicer screen
Start Orca Slicer

Happened only once.

Actual results

Orca Slicer shows default in filament section with no options to select any filament profile created in the past (all gone).

Expected results

Filament profiles should not have been deleted automatically.
