How to reproduce

Load the VFA calibration
set "outer wall" line width to 0.6
slice

Actual results

observe "squishing" of the extrusion, without any warning:

Expected results

no squishing, regardless of line width
at least warn
best case: warn + option to manually/automatically adjust contour outwards
