Updated BBS version to current
BBS Tags use current BBS version
Fix Orca versions wrongly interpreted (2.3.2 was 2.3.0.2)
New Orca tags with Orca version
Import update:
- If Orca tag present: compare to Orca version
- If no orca tag:
  - Version <= 2.3.2 : Treated as Old file
  - Version > 2.3.2 : Compared to BBS version
