OrcaSlicer Version

3.2.1, 3.2.2 (nightly)

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

Windows 11 latest patch

Additional system information

Fails with
CPU 13900k
Memory tried with 32 gb Corsair dominator and 96gb Corsair vengeance
rtx5090 FE
Motherboard Asus Z790 Hero

Works with
Alienware Area 51 Laptop
CPU 275HX
Memory 64 gb
rtx5090

Printer

Elegoo Centauri Carbon 1 revised version (single filament)

How to reproduce

This happens on multiple 3mf files, even ones that worked late December 2025
Simply try to slice for printing
Fails on one device, works perfectly fine on the other

On the 13900k desktop where it fails I even tried
-reinstalling windows 11
-full new install on second nvme with just orca slicer
-windows 11 sandbox

I even tried with portable orca slicer 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 nightly build Feb 20 and Feb 27th

Actual results

Orac slicer just crashes

Expected results

slicing completes properly as per my laptop (same exact file)
