How to reproduce

Click on a tab, such as Preview. The window then freezes and can no longer be operated.
CKamara:
Click on Live broadcast

Actual results

Window freezes and you have to force quit it.

Kamara transmits the image for only 2 seconds, then only transmits a still image every 2 seconds.

Expected results

Window does not crash

Kamara transmits a fluid image
