Opening a 3mf file on a different computer does not load any settings, profiles, or printers. #485

All computers I have tried it on.

Printer

All printers I have in my Orca (elegoo, cr10)

How to reproduce

Save a 3mf that has objects, filaments settings, process settings, and a printer.

Copy the 3mf to a different computer (can be running same version of orca or different).

Open on the 3mf new computer.

NO SETTINGS OR PROCESSES OR FILAMENTS OR PRINTERS ARE LOADED. It uses Generic Klipper Printer, and NONE OF THE other settings are configured.

Open on the 3mf new computer.
