Orca won't load after RC release installed #466

How to reproduce

Open Orca

Actual results

Need some help.
I installed the 2.3.2 Beta version over my 2,3,1 version, and it was working fine.
Next, came the RC version.
I installed that over the beta version and I am not hosed.
As soon as the splash screen opens (or slightly before, I get an error that says 'unhandled unknown exception, terminating the application.
I started back up by reinstalling the beta version, then the 2.3.1 version, followed by uninstalling that version and reinstalling after running some apps to clean up the registry (ccleaner),
Still showing and the splash screen just sits there until I close the exception window, which closes everything.
I've also run diags and updated all drivers

Expected results

Orca should open

Project file & Debug log uploads

Not sure how to do this
