Description

Adds FreeBSD build support.
FreeBSD-specific build fixes.
OpenCV's imgcodecs was a missing build dependency for the project.

Tests

I've tested with the port maintainer's patches for version 2.3.1 on top of my own changes from a more recent upstream commit.
