UI REFINEMENS

• Switched to vertical orientation for "Ringing tower" related radioboxes. some other languages uses longer translations too
• Removed line break after note
• Used parameters on new line like other dialogs

many validators set to wrong control

SCALING

All images before-after. issue caused by scaling text size that already scaled
issue gets worse on higher scaling
