Is there an existing issue for this problem?

  • I have searched the existing issues

OrcaSlicer Version

2.3.2-rc1

Operating System (OS)

Windows

OS Version

Windows 10 64bit

Additional system information

No response

Printer

none

How to reproduce

In 2.3.2-rc2 the setup wizard loads only printers up to Flashforge, other manufacturers which are later in the alphabet are now shown. In 2.3.1 it still worked. Haven't tested releases between these two.

  1. Create clear environment. Uninstall orcaslicers. Take care installation directory is removed. Delete all OrcaSlicer folders in your AppData directories (Local & Remote)
  2. Install OrcaSlicer
  3. Start Orcaslicer
  4. Try to setup a printer with a manufacturer name after FlashForge, e.g. Snapmaker
    .

Actual results

Not manufacturer shown after Flashforge

Another weird result, on my setup and upgraded instance I can only choose Qidi (which is one of my configured printers...)

Expected results

You can choose Snapmaker

Project file & Debug log uploads

Nothing of interest, no project

Checklist of files to include

  • Log file
  • Project file

Anything else?
